Making new friends and finding a new community as an adult can feel daunting and hard, but there are ways to make it easier on yourself.

In this week's episode, I share my own experiences with starting fresh and being new in town. Whether you’re in a new place or just want to have more friends with similar interests in your life, you’ll learn about tips that I’ve personally used to help meet people and build community. You’ll also hear me share the mindset that I believe helps with building new relationships.

“...be more like a child - open and curious, wondering and willing to talk to people, try new things and put yourself out there”

A little over a year ago I moved from the US to France. After many months of getting settled, I finally felt ready to venture out and deliberately find friends and a community in my new home. What an adventure it’s been... C’est magique!
